By declaring their activity, personal services organisations can benefit from tax and social security advantages for their organisation, and enable their customers to benefit from tax advantages linked to personal services, subject to compliance with the condition of exclusive activity.
Its effect is not time limited.
The DGE (General Directorate of Enterprises) is a central administration department which, under the authority of the Minister for the Economy, Industry and Digital Affairs, draws up and implements public policies relating to industry, the digital economy, tourism, trade, craft industries and services. The DGE is responsible for implementing the personal services policy.

Individual employer (or CESU beneficiary or CESU user): this term is used to designate any person who receives prefinanced CESUs with which they pay for personal services.
Organisation authorised by the State to manufacture and distribute CESUs.
Each issuer has its own brand, which explains why the visuals of the prefinanced CESUs may differ.
