Postal deposits

Everything you need to know about sending your CESU by post to CRCESU

Please note! This method of delivery is not secure and remains your sole responsibility

How does postal deposit work?

You can send us your prefinanced CESU by post with a deposit slip, which you can request by calling 0 892 680 662 or by email to the address service.clients@cr-cesu.fr specifying your NAN code.

ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR SLIPS BY POST:

Fill in the numbers of two of your vouchers taken at random, the deposit date, the number of vouchers and the total amount. Keep this section as you may be asked for it in the event of a claim by CRCESU.

Complete section 3 of your deposit slip by entering the deposit date, the number of vouchers and the total amount.

On the back of your deposit slip, enter your full name, your NAN code (National Affiliation Number) and your signature.

Send by secure mail (e.g. tracked letter, registered mail with or without insurance, except declared value products) your slip (part 3) and your titles tied together with an elastic band (no staples, paper clips or adhesive) at the following addresses :
